Escape from the city’s stress and connect with nature. See real gauchos riding on their horses, and visit historical buildings.

Join us on this adventure, starting with you being collected from your accommodation on a spacious van.

Then, after travelling across the green pampa, you’ll arrive to the historic San Antonio de Areco town where you may still witness real gauchos riding their horses throughout this small town with a serene atmosphere, charming colonial streets, and old colonial-style homes.

Particularly among its artists, who create exquisite silverwork and saddlery, the town, which dates back to the early 18th century, maintains many of the customs of the criollo – people of pure Spanish heritage born in the Arventone territory – and of the gaucho – the Argentine “cowboy” -.

Numerous local workshops and stores offering leather crafts, rope, and silverware can be found. Here, the art of creating crafts out of leather and precious metals, an ancient custom, is taught and practiced.

Finally, there will be time to enjoy a great lunch with traditional options such as asado, locro and empanadas.
