Enjoy a Vegan Adventure in Buenos Aires & the Iguazú Falls, in Argentina & Brazil, including direct flights, hotels, excursions, coordinator & transfers.
This multi-day vegan journey will take you
to the vibrant streets of Buenos Aires
and the breathtaking Iguazú Falls
while celebrating vegan-friendly experiences.
🌿 Meaningful trips with a caring team
Each of our trips features wholesome vegan meals and the chance to bond with a caring group of adventurers, together with our caring tour coordinators who are all ears for your needs and make sure to give you their full attention with genuine interest.
In addition, each excursion is led by local experts and certified guides. And the carefully selected hotels are recognized local providers in both Buenos Aires and Puerto Iguazu.
🌿 Small Group Travel
Our tours feature a maximum of 15 travellers, ensuring we maintain an agile and personal experience. This intimate group size gives us the freedom to adapt our itineraries based on what your group is most interested in exploring, making every journey truly one-of-a-kind.
🌿 Local mouthwatering meals
At every lunch and dinner during the trip, you’ll have the opportunity to try vegan versions of classic Argentine dishes, such as empanadas (with a wide variety of flavors to choose from), locro, milanesas, choripán, alfajores, medialunas, dulce de leche and churros, together with the iconic Malbec wine.

Argentine cuisine features a rich blend of indigenous traditions and strong European influences -especially Spanish and Italian- also incorporating some unique creations.
🌿 Endless vegan supplies
Apart from the meals offered at vegan restaurants for every lunch and dinner across the trip, we make sure that vegan snacks and beverages are available 24/7, during the whole itinerary. We take lots of free vegan snacks and beverages with us on the buses, on all excursions, and at the hotels in special refrigerators.
The trip coordinator will regularly purchase fresh products at each new destination. Some of the vegan snacks we’ll have on hand throughout the journey include cereal bars, chocolate bars, different kind of cookies, nuts, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and dried fruits, vegan alfajores (the famous Argentine dessert). We’ll also havel bottled mineral water and sodas.
🌿 Buenos Aires and Montevideo
We invite you to witness two completely different worlds in a single trip. On one hand, the cosmopolitan metropolis that never sleeps, with its European-style architecture and cozy cafés. On the other, the realm of nature: the power (and beauty) of a massive river cascading over natural landscapes—a site chosen as one of the New7Wonders of Nature and declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

It’s said that no travel to Argentina is complete without a visit to the Iguazu Falls. They are among the world’s visually and acoustically most astonishing natural sites. Imagine nearly 300 drops tumbling down volcanic basalt layers to create this spectacular waterfall. The main cascade stands impressively at 82 meters tall and can be viewed from a close distance of merely 50 meters away.
Prepare to fly over 1,000 km north from Buenos Aires, to Puerto Iguazú city, located at the border of both Brazil and Paraguay, and just 20 km from the stunning Iguazu Falls.

🧭 Itinerary
Let’s detail what you will do on each of the six days, starting with your arrival in Buenos Aires.

Welcome to Buenos Aires.
Once you arrive in Buenos Aires City, you’ll find the tour leader and your group members waiting to meet you at the 4-star HR Esmeralda Luxor Hotel, our main base in downtown Buenos Aires.
Buenos Aires City Tour.
Following your arrival at the hotel and after enjoying a delightful lunch at one of the vegan restaurants we have carefully selected, a private bus will collect yout group for your next half-day tour, led by a professional tour guide. You’ll travel across five unique districts, experiencing the city’s most iconic landmarks.
You’ll get to see the main historic square, Plaza de Mayo, surrounded by iconic buildings, in the oldest area where Buenos Aires was founded.
Next, you’ll explore the San Telmo neighborhood, a bohemian gem featuring cobblestone streets, antique shops and preserved historic residences and cafes.
Continuing our tour, you’ll head to the La Boca neighborhood, known for its multicolored houses, for being the historic birthplace of the tango, and for housing the legendary Boca Juniors football stadium.
Next up, we’re heading to the charming Recoleta district, celebrated for its Parisian-influenced design, tree-shaded boulevards, and lively cultural atmosphere.
You’ll next venture into Palermo, the city’s biggest and most verdant neighborhood brimming with stunning mansions, magnificent Parisian-influenced boulevards, parks, and a thriving entertainment scene.
With countless choices throughout Palermo, we’ve decided to head into Buenos Aires’ largest park, “El Rosedal” – The Rose Garden -. It’s the perfect spot to leave behind the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse yourself in over 18,000 roses – 93 different species – alongside a large lake teeming with turkeys, ducks, nutrias, and an array of fish and bird species—all visible from the park’s many walking trails. You might even stumble upon a group of turkeys wandering around searching for their next meal.
After heading back to the hotel, the group will have some downtime for a few hours until the tour leader pick you up for dinner at a recognized Vietnamese restaurant that offers numerous plant-based choices. We suggest trying the Vegetable Saigon Bowl or the Tofu and Mushroom Spring Rolls.
Afterward, we’ll return to the hotel so you can relax and recharge before your trip to Uruguay the next day.

Navigation to Montevideo: once you have had your breakfast at the hotel in Buenos Aires, you’ll be picked up to get to the city port for the first navigation of this adventure.
You’ll board the fastest vessel available from Buenos Aires, which reduces CO₂ emissions by up to 25% Ir also features dual-fuel technology utilizing liquefied natural gas (LNG), and produces reduced levels of sulfur and particulate matter emissions. This impressive two-deck craft crosses the Río de la Plata—the widest river on the planet—in 2.5 hours.
Arrival to Montevideo.
Upon your arrival at Montevideo port, transportation will be available to take you directly to your hotel.
After checking into your hotel, there will be time for a lunch at a 100% vegan restaurant that offers vegan versions of traditional Uruguayan dishes, as well as a wide variety of other vegan options, including tasty vegan desserts.
Montevideo City Tour.
After taking your time with a relaxed meal, a touristic bus will pick up the group for a half-day itinerary. Accompanied by a tour guide you’ll discover panoramic views of the city together with photo stops at special attractions. Some of the highlights you’ll visit include the beautiful Pocitos Beach, the waterfront promenade – one of the longest in the world -, and the old town.
Pocitos Beach.
Once the tour has concluded, we’ll head to this beautiful, expansive beach to take a short stroll along the shore and admire the scenery. As the day winds down toward evening, the sun bathes everything in a warm golden glow.
The group will return to their hotel and have a few hours of free time until the trip coordinator comes to pick them up for dinner. This time, the choice will be an elegant restaurant with a view to the see, including a variety of vegan dishes. Don’t miss their tasty date, almond, and matcha bar with avocado and cacao mousse.

Arrival to Buenos Aires.
Upon reaching the port in Buenos Aires, your group will be picked up by a private bus and driven to the hotel. Following check-in, we’ll embark on a new half-day adventure.
Buenos Aires Vegan Tour.
Our group will be picked up by a private bus, accompanied by a tour guide, and taken to the largest vegan restaurant in Buenos Aires for a unique lunch. You’ll discover a high-quality establishment that features a special atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful gardens with tables in different sizes, very suitable for group dining, plus a spacious open kitchen where you can see how your meals are cooked.
Following an unhurried dining experience, you’ll head to a completely vegan supermarket situated in the charming Barrio Norte district. The market’s owner, a vegan influencer, will share her story of hosting vegan festivals and fairs in Buenos Aires since 2015. Her establishment features an extensive range of products, with a special focus on plant-based versions of traditional Argentine meals, treats and desserts.
As we explore vegan-friendly attractions, we’re setting aside time to craft a traditional “mate” – Argentina and Uruguay’s beloved beverage. Our knowledgeable tour guide will walk us through each stage of preparing this special drink, explaining all the meaningful symbols and customs that accompany it.
Next, a vegan fair will take place, offering a diverse selection of fresh products, personal care and beauty items, clothing, and accessories—all within a welcoming atmosphere where the local vegan community gathers to sample products for free or take part in fundraising initiatives to support animal shelters.
As we move forward with our itinerary, we’ll be visiting a vegan bakery that specializes in plant-based versions of classic Argentine pastries. Feel free to sample these tasty treats at no cost.
To give you a broader view of the vegan scene in Buenos Aires, you’ll tour across various neighborhoods and showcase the wide range of vegan-friendly options available.
Vegan Cooking Class.
Following the tour, a great experience awaits your group at a cozy vegan restaurant in the fancy Palermo neighborhood.
You’ll discover how to make authentic Argentine dishes and treats including plant-based empanadas, vegan bread pudding, and vegan milanesas. And at the end of the class, everybody will get to taste the delicious dishes that each one has prepared.
You’ll be greeted by your instructor, a passionate vegan chef who will guide you through preparing three authentic Argentine dishes while providing you with fresh vegan ingredients to help you master the techniques behind Argentina’s most cherished culinary creations.
Once the class has ended by late afternoon, you’ll be transported back to your hotel. Some hours later, the tour leader will take the group out to dinner. The adventure’s crowning moment unfolds as an unexpected surprise: you’ll gain access to a true French-style palace—previously inhabited by a respected local aristocratic family—to indulge in the most elegant vegan dinner of this trip. Afterwards the tour coordinator will accompany you back to the hotel.

Farewell to Buenos Aires.
Once you’ve finished your breakfast and completed your hotel checkout, your tour leader will be happy to share some wonderful vegan dining options and exciting attractions that are just a short walk away, as well as help you figure out the most convenient transportation choices for your transfer to the airport.
